I should add we were here at the end of the season so didn't get to sample the delights of the lovely looking bistro.

Food in restaurant was great. The best 2 meals we had in France, and very good value for that high level of cooking.

It was exactly what Inqas looking for our night sleep after a whole day driving: comfortable, clean and quiet. Very close to both the town and the highway. My dogs really appreciated having a nice walk by the canal. Host was very nice, and accomdated to us arriving later than expected.

The host Alexandra is fantastic and could not be more helpful. This was our 4th stay here, the second with Alexandra as hostess and it will not be our last. The accommodation is ideal and only a short distance from the Canal du Midi so ideal for walkers & cyclists. Handy too for the town centre, shops & restaurants.
I rated the accommodation as 'meeting' our expections only because we'd been here before so knew how good it would be.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Lovely ground floor apartment with terrace onto rear gardens. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Although intended for four people, we had an extra bed in the larger bedroom to accommodate our third child which worked well for the week. The front gardens were very pretty with a large fountain and seating areas where guests could enjoy an aperitif. A washing machine was available for guests to use with a shared airer.
The hosts are the nicest people! Really fun to talk to. The rooms are big and very clean. The breakfast is also great! The location is next to the Canal and very good restaurants of Poilhès. I highly recommend staying in the relaxing town and in atmosphere!
