The breakfast was well served and just right. Fruit e.g melon fresh apple juice croissants and baguettes with cheese, tea and coffee. Hospitality was friendly and courteous and well informed and put us at ease. Information concerning any number of matters was always available. The quiet hour was maintained. Views are magnificent and grounds excellent to stroll in.Room spacious, bathroom too. The ground floor is beautifully furnished and a perfect space for relaxing. La Fontaine is small but has an interesting shrine to St Martin. Places to visit such as Chateau le Tude not far away and roads are quiet.We tended not to use restaurants only lunch in Bistros.Our host Eric on horseback was a sight to behold.

Location and the pool, dinner was great but breakfast was lacking, cornflakes were stale!
Situated in Fillé, the recently renovated Charmant gîte au bord de la Sarthe - 3 chambres - 6 personnes features accommodation 10 km from Le Mans Circuit and 13 km from Antarès.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Family friendly, incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying several hours later than we had originally planned the following day as our children were having so much fun playing with the owners’ children as we relaxed by the pool.
beautifully restored château- especially stunning in the evening sun. Our family room at the top was very large and characterful. the pool was perfect temperature and a very good size.
the best thing though were the hosts - charming and fascinating.
