Stunning scenery- the chalet is facing a lake, with mountains behind. There is a private porch area in front of the chalet to sit and enjoy the view. The chalet was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had all we needed for an overnight stay. Val was so kind and accommodating when I made a mistake with the booking. I highly recommend staying here.

Loved the place, worth the long climb and winding roads to ge there - get fabulous views. Arrived late in evening had trouble finding it - but host cycled out to guide is in.
The had small problem with the car - again the host gave us advice and directions and was kind enough to SMS us later in the day to check if all was well.
Lou Lombrès is set in a farmhouse on the edge of the small Occitan village of Lombrès, a 40-minute drive from Tarbes. You can visit the farm and enjoy tasting its meat and cheese products on request.

Really convenient stopover on the way to / from the Pyrenees, 5 minutes from the A64 and 35 - 60 minutes by car from points of interest in the mountains. Very clean and very pleasant. Beds are comfortable and the window is equipped with mosquito net. Kitchen is well equipped with everything one needs, tea and coffee are offered. Has garden view and thus is quiet, undisturbed by car traffic. Owners are very friendly, sympathetic and welcoming.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It is perfect location for those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday and with lots of activities to do around. Our hosts Val and Alexander have been absaloutly amazing, the Chalet was clean and comfortable. The veiw was spectacular with a beautiful night veiw. The water park was good and the price was sustainable. We would deffinetly recommend this beautiful place for family's with children.
The accommodation was clean and decent but rudimentary. The host was very welcoming. I had the need to charge an electric scooter and he was (with limited English) most obliging. The accommodation would suit one or two people but not a family. At night it is a very peaceful location but there is nothing lively about the venue or the local town
Nicolas and his family could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The property is huge and unique, combining a fascinating past with all modern conveniences. Right in the centre of town - the tourist office and post office are directly opposite; the best restaurant in town is 100 metres away. Nicolas served the best breakfast I've had for a long time. All in all, highly recommended.
