Everything!
The apartment was easy to find. Plenty of parking just off the main street, less than 100m from the apartment. The lady host was lovely, could not be more welcoming. My French is non-existant but she spoke enough English to understand our few questions. The lady's husband was on hand, with fluent English.
The apartment is newly refurbished, and owners didn't skimp on anything. Smeg microwave? That's the first i saw on booking, in this price range.
Two bedrooms - both with very comfy double beds, and one of those is nearly 2m across; a big bathroom; fully-equiped kitchen; and a separate living room with Amazon Fire-enabled TV.
In a word: great!
