Good location in terms of being walking distance to the centre of Mirepoix. Comfortable beds, great shower with good water pressure. Plenty of surface space by the bathroom sink for your stuff. Clean and modern house with space to eat at a table inside as well as some outside space at the back with a table and chair, plus a sofa. Generally well-equipped, with a big fridge. We didn't use it but there was a washing machine. Good communication with the host, they were quick to respond. It was easy to park nearby.
The double bed is a small double, but if you are a couple staying here and need a bigger bed, there is a second bedroom with two single beds.
Located in Mirepoix in the Midi-Pyrénées region, La Biste features a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

We booked last minute but received the warmest of welcomes from Emilie who was so accommodating. The location was perfectly situated with stunning views directly from our veranda. The tent contained everything for our stay and it was warm, comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend a visit to their farmshop where they have a selection of homemade, jams, juices, syrups and vinaigrette.
We will most definitely be back next year. Thank you Emilie and Jerome 🥰🙏
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Perfect location just around the corner of the beautiful Medieval square of Mirepoix. We were so lucky it was the village's feasts' weekend and had an awesome family experience! Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, rooms are simple but charming. Recommended!
This is a really traditional hotel in a great location, just off Mirepoix's amazing medieval square. My double room was small, as is typical in France, but had a good sized en-suite bathroom, a tv with a range of French channels and decent wifi. It also had air conditioning which was a blessing in the current heatwave. The hotel's restaurant seems very popular and they offer a large courtyard dining area as well as indoor space. Hotel le Commerce is family-run, and the doors are locked at 11pm.
Beautiful manoir, incredibly clean and very comfortable apartment, the best hosting I have ever experienced, really made to feel welcome. A really beautiful location and area. The pool and bbq area was super fun
Peaceful location, beautiful setting. Lovely swimming pool. Hosts were very friendly but not intrusive. Really liked the equipment available for young children, plastic cutlery, plates etc and the availability of a toddler bed and cot. Owners even provided some toys for our grandchildren, much appreciated!
Lovely apartment in a great location! Made a great base for visiting/ being visited by family who live locally. Well equipped and clean apartment with a fantastic terrace. The hosts were welcoming and easily contactable, and the food in the downstairs restaurant is delicious!
Clean, good sized family room, really nice welcoming staff, laidback feel. The exciting orange squeezing machine at breakfast was a hit with the kids. Food was nice. Pretty courtyard for dining at night.
