The apartment is on the 5th floor of a six story apartment block. It is spacious and tastefully furnished. There is a great view over the old town, the Saône river and the countryside. Good location immediately adjacent to the old town, the streets of which are pedestrianised and attractively paved and decorated.
The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (but could do with more than one pot without a lid and more than one tiny cutting board).
Could gain top score with some more attention to detail.

Beautiful old building that has kept its charm whilst being completely new and modern inside. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even making reservations for us for dinner.

Modern hotel in the centre of Macon with secure garage parking made this a great choice for an overnight pit stop. We had a warm and efficient welcome on arrival and the room was blissfully quiet with a comfortable bed and great shower. All the staff we encountered were friendly and smiley. Restaurants and cafes available within a short walk.

It was central to Macon with near good quality restaurants
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Comfy beds and a quiet room. Efficient air conditioning. I especially liked the toilet being separate from the bathroom in the family room - useful when four people are getting ready in the morning. Friendly and efficient staff at reception and in the bar/restaurant areas. Plentiful breakfast choices.
The rooms are quiet and have good blackout shutters and comfortable beds. The 306 rooftop bar is fun, parking is available and overall a great stopover when driving through France
It was great that they had a restaurant at the hotel (especially when you, as we did travel 12 hours in the car with a family) which was open until 22:30. Room was clean and the beds comfortable.We had a family room and our kids liked the bunkbed. Breakfast was of a good variety.
Location easy 15 min walk from train. A few min from the Lamartine city walk following the brass quill markers.
