Brand new apartment, with lots of space to have fun with the family. Full kitchen, very beautiful and large bathroom. terrace with various games
The apartment they allotted didn't have bathroom door and my children were upset because they are teenagers. On complaining they changed ifrom.apartment to rooms and the AC in the rooms were not working and I had to open the windows and vehicle noise and couldn't sleep, My family stay was miserable because of this. Staff were good.
Helpful reception and maintenance staff. Easy communication and very welcoming with them all. Grotto is a 5min walk down and a 15mins walk back to the hotel cause of the stairs. Bakery and magazine store around the corner. CBD is sold at the magazine store if needed. Meeting the others tourist in the hotel are awesome and we are all there for the same spiritual reason. Staff was excellent. Wish we stayed more than 1 night. Enjoyed the swimming pool and sun bathing. Family friendly.
The room was fantastic. It was a two floor duplex and the kids loved it. With two bathrooms it was really convenient for our size of family and families in general I believe. the pool was small but it was enough to get the kids tired. The breakfast was sufficient and the view from the restaurant was phenomenal. The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful! The location was within walking distance of everything you might want to see.
