My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Les Carmes and Spa for our honeymoon. Pascal was a kind and welcoming host who helped organise a taxi and two dinner reservations for us in the area. Pascal also organises a daily apéritif for guests to come together - we thought this was a lovely touch and made us feel as though we were staying with family or friends. Thanks again, Pascal - we can't wait to return!

We are an Irish family, travelling independently with two young children. We wanted a quiet, country setting with a pool, somewhere central in Provence to allow us to explore. The house is in a beautiful countryside setting with lovely grounds. We were a short drive from Avignon, St Rémy and the Alpilles mountains and the wine region. The pool is spotless, with lovely chairs and day beds for lounging and plenty of shady spots too. It's a small B&B so we often had the pool all to ourselves. Our family suite was perfect: clean, tastefully decorated, very comfortable. Brigitte was a welcoming and warm host and the breakfast spread of home-made breads and cakes was a lovely start to every day. We ate there at night also and really enjoyed our ritual of a swim before dinner and then sitting down to lovely French home cooking and local wine each night. We will definitely go back; if you like country living and hidden-gem hideaways, Couleur Lavande is perfect for you.

A very beautiful house with a very welcoming and caring host. Pascal is a very warm and cordial host who made us feel at home. The kids just loved him. We loved the size of the room, the very tasty breakfast, the pool, the garden and also the fitness area. The rooms all have a very cosy feeling and are decorated with love for detail. Pascal had great tips for excursion in the area and the aperitif at 7pm was a great way to have a nice chat!

We (family of four, two teenagers) enjoyed the stay end of March 2024 in The Willow Tree for one week very much.
As mentioned our stay was in the middle of spring, so the swimming pool was still closed. However, the swimming pool area looked very tempting.
This is our second time at Les Carmes. It's a magnificent accommodation and I love the rooms, especially the showers! Pascal is such a great host, and this time we met Mina who was a delight and who so kindly encouraged our french. The aperitif hour at 7pm each night is a fun and generous addition to our stay and an opportunity to socialise with other guests if you choose. I am sure we will be back next trip to France.
I cannot decribe how much we loved our stay. I had to keep pinching myself to make sure I was not in a dream. The grounds were picturesque and breakfast was always something to look forward to.
We would love to come back again in the near future!
Location was good for getting around. Bella the dog was adorable. Room pleasantly decorated. Mezzanine not really suitable for children due to lack off head height, potential for falls.
the staff is so helpful as making a reservation of restaurants and taxi.actually we arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, but she welcomed us with smile. she always bright and warm to my family. that is the best memory of this trip. my kid likes her so much.the room is clean and, you can feel true Provence atmosphere anywhere in this hotel. breakfast outside is awesome! i highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want to feel comfortable in Provence.
The property is in a perfect location to visit the sights of the petite Luberon. A short drive to towns like Gordes and Rousillon make coming home to a beautiful, secluded room a delight. The property is spacious and very green with a great pool for the family, with a cabana attached (including fridge, books and games). Christelle was a wonderful host, serving a great breakfast every day and providing excellent local advice for tourists visiting.
Very clean, nice and comfortable all beds were prepared for the night for all the members of our family. Children loved the big field where they could play football and jump on the trampoline. The owner very friendly and helpful
