Bike packing the Voie Verte and we came across this gem of a Table d’Hotes that was an experience; not a hotel. Peaceful, beautifully furnished and finished, lovely cats and chickens in the yard. We arrived and were served tea in the garden. Our rooms were huge, lovely and comfortable. Dinner was a delicious, home cooked meal with many ingredients from the farm. The main course was an amazing Lasagna with smoked and fresh trout. Wine was plentiful. The mother and daughter hosts are so charming and full of good humour. I can’t wait to return. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better place to stay high in the Haute Languedoc.
