Extremely thoughtfully furnished room that was very comfortable. Very helpful staff who made us a dinner reservation at an excellent local crêperie since the hotel’s own restaurant that we had hoped to visit was closed. Very pretty garden and secure parking.
Located just a 20-minute drive from Vannes, Au Pré Carré offers an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath. Lorient is a 45-minute drive away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and he was always available to answer questions etc.
The bedroom was absolutely beautiful and very spacious and spotlessly clean, and sound proof. It had an extremely comfortable 6ft bed, plenty of towels, robes and slippers. The bathroom was also, absolutely perfect.
And as for the breakfast, it was beautifully presented each morning, with lots of choices of breads/pastries and the most delicious fresh fruit salad. The owner was so kind, he even had crepes and Nutella for our young son one morning.
Our stay was so relaxing, we used the pool and sauna and again they were fantastic.
I cannot recommend a stay at Au Pre Carre enough....it is 5 Star accommodation and look forward to returning there again some day.

Wow, wow, wow.
This place is amazing. It has a moat going all around it. So very peaceful. Everything was first class. So tastefully brought back to life.
The hosts Bernard and his wife Freddy couldn't do enough for you. Giving ideas of what to go see, where to eat, even booking the restaurants for you.
The breakfast was delicious, from homemade honey and yogurts to jams, cakes, pastries, and the scrambled eggs were great.
Swimming pool and sauna room.
The bedrooms were spotless and the shower was great
The bed and pillows were so comfortable too.
Could not fault this place, and if ever we get the chance to go back to Brittany we'll definitely go back to this gem of a place.
