Our stay at Chateau Marieville was exceptional, including the welcome we received from our hosts. The Chateau and it's setting are magnificent. The interior decor is beautiful and elegant and our room, the Vienne, was very comfortable, quiet and spacious and overlooked the valley. Our meals were superb! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Breakfast was probably the best we’ve ever had at a B&B. Fresh, with many ingredients from the garden, and utterly delicious. So good that we even asked whether Philippe was a chef. There was also a fantastic restaurant opposite where we went for supper the previous evening. And the host, Philippe, was perfect. Warm, polite, and ever helpful.
