Clare is a lovely English hostess and looks after you very well.
I travel solo by motorcycle and was perfect for me. Large modern property with secure garage for motorcycle parking.
Best breakfast I've ever had using booking.com, proper meal, not a snack.
I don't take much looking after, but felt nothing would have been too much trouble for Clare.

Beautiful property, lovely bedroom and a very comfy bed. Nice big garden with lawns and flowers, garden furniture. Breakfast was delicious and copious and I would like to thank the owner once again for getting up early to make it. We were catching an early ferry back to Dover and the lovely owner went above and beyond to ensure we did not leave on an empty stomach!

This is a very special place, such peace and tranquility with a beautiful garden that tumbles down to the lake. We were made welcome as if it was our own home. To sit on our terrace listening to the birds and bumble bees.
We did not want to leave.
A short drive to Montreuil sur mer, to walk along the ramparts, have a lazy lunch. We visited the town on Bastille day (14 July) to encounter the largest antiques market we've ever seen.
After the bustling day, to return to this fabulous chambre d’hôte was just the best ever way to end the day.
It is also a great base to explore this fabulous region of France.
The owners are wonderful, helpful and care about the environment.

Great setting, really friendly owner. Breakfast was lovely, very fresh and very locally sourced.. The roulettes were very nice, unique with bags of character. The children loved this. Only an hour from Calais so used as a stopover, but could have stayed longer.

Beautifully converted old café with original features . easy to get to historic sites from the place.
Rural with lovely walks around the area.
Welcoming and cosy and clean.
Had UK channels on the TV which was great as the Paralympics were on.
Had information leaflets about places to visit.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It is beautiful and clean and the owners are so sweet. They offer fresh, homemade and authentic French food with lovely wine for dinner. They even make special dishes for the kids. I don’t know how they do all of this themselves, it’s incredible.
This was our second visit and we had a lovely walk into a nature area uphill from the property. so much to do, even just for an overnight stop-over.
