Lovely quiet place, a great garden to sit in, (where I heard a Golden Oriole) yummy breakfast with jams, eggs and fruit from the garden.. Super host, excellent spot for the Loire Valley. Room, including bed, was spacious and comfortable. Good bathroom. Kettle and fridge. A swimming pool although we did not try it out. Do go to Terra Botanica in Angers. We spent a day there very easily. Wish we had booked 3 nights instead of 2.

The room was gorgeous with French doors that opened up to the view. The birdsong was amazing! The hotel is round the corner from the castle, which is well worth a visit.
