Wonderful hosts, and the property was amazing. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with fresh breads, Yorkshire tea (!) and homemade jams. The surrounding area is beautiful with enough to see and do.

Staying in this little house for a week felt a little like taking care of a friend's house. Everything was there, like basic kitchen ingredients, from salt and pepper to dishwasher tabs. The only sounds at night were the swallows haveing early-morning conversations. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well, the location in town is very good. Bernadette, the owner, is very nice.

Such a beautiful relaxing location right by the river. Beautiful home decor with that homely feel. The kitchen appliances are top quality. It was lovely having fresh breakfast but unless I’d previously read other peoples reviews I wouldn’t have known that I needed to go to the bakery ourselves to collect it.
