Antoinette and Marc are welcoming and have created a great place for a family vacation. It's a very peaceful location, which was nice as I was traveling on my own for business. Still, there are so many games and facilities (sauna, hot tub, pool table, foosball, and even a pinball machine) that I would have brought my family along.
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Au bois de mon coeur offers pet-friendly accommodation in Foameix. Free private parking is available on site.

Very basic property. Breakfast was ok, but nothing more than that. For the same money you can get better pastries from a bakery. The owners are welcoming and friendly.

The house is smaller (but fully sufficient for family of 4), located in the suburb, but very practical for visiting the forts, memorials and other interesting places around Verdun. We spent only 1 night there but fell in love with the cool and comfortable equipment. Philippe the owner is friendly and supportive, it's easy to feel immediately like at home. Nice to have the car parked just next to the door (mainly because of the suitcases), for free.
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Les Jardins du Mess offers accommodation in Verdun-sur-Meuse. The hotel has a sun terrace and views of the garden.

The chef in the evening, who also handled the check-in due to a shortage of staff, was very friendly and helpful. The dinner was very good, although the waitress could have needed more help from another person. The treatment with our dog was very friendly. Very nice british guests too. The history of the hotel is interesting. We had a very good room. Do not take standard rooms but supreme rooms in the first floor and you will be glad. The dinner menue is 59 Euros at least, reservation needed.
Hostellerie Du Château Des Monthairons is a 19th-century castle that has decorated rooms with lovely views. Benefit from the hotel’s gastronomic restaurant and its luxury spa.

Stayed many times before, fantastic location, beautiful chateau, park and gardens. Very large room with park view and wonderful restaurant.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
I didn't speak french much so Google translate worked well both ways. Parking garage or off road parking for the motorcycle. Excellent clean room, balcony for smokers, great bathroom, mini bar, African themed room. Nice 10 minute walk through village to kebab bar or small restaurant. Great breakfast with home made jams. The 4 poster bed & decor made the room stand out.
Huge space for 1 person which would be good for a family too. Having said I was a vegan when I made the booking, I was offered soya and fruit yoghurts, a plate of mixed fruit, plenty of bread with 2 jams. soya milk and herbal teas. Easy and seemingly fairly secure parking away from the road, near to the house.
