Of the 7 places we stayed on a two week cycling holiday, Maison des Quatre Saisons was our favourite. Our Tower room was full of character, very comfortable, with lovely bathroom and shower and fly screens on the windows so you could feel the cool night air without worrying about bugs. The only sounds were of birds. The breakfast was excellent with homemade yogurt and cereal. After a couple of swims and reading by the pool (on our rest day) we enjoyed a most delicious dinner on the terrace as the sun set. Do book dinner in advance. Delphine is a true professional and such a lovely person. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

Sophie and her husband were very welcoming from the minute we arrived. The house is beautiful and well maintained, with a spacious family room where we stayed. The breakfast was fabulous, with home made food and everything we needed to start the day. Sophie also gave advice on how to best visit Bordeaux, and was always available for help if needed.
On our last day we left super early in the morning, and she was kind enough to prepare our breakfast so we could take it on the go. Thank you!!!

We were on the Bordeaux to Carcassonne cycling trip & Domaine Des Deux Rivieres was just a short distance from the main route. It is a lovely old building with very nice garden in a very rural setting. There was a specific room for storing bicycles & lovely breakfast by the swimming pool. The owner made a dinner reservation for us at an excellent restaurant just 1.5 km from the B&B.

Amelie was superhelpful giving recomendation on what things to do. Big thanks Amelie! Furthermore the owner of the place was super nice, the only problem is that my french was as bad as his english and it was difficult to comunicate. Next time I will come with a better french to have a good life conversation over a nice glass of red wine
