The hosts could not have done more to make us feel welcome and made sure we wanted for nothing. Especially enjoyable was the huge breakfast in the garden. They also found safe parking for our motorbike.

Host is amazing. Makes her own champagne which is some of the best we had in our 6 days gustation. She knows! Extremely welcoming, made dinner for us since we arrived late, already had a bottle cold. Property connects directly to vineyards and hiking routes. Lots of toys and space for our 4 year old daughter to play. Will visit again.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. The shepherds hut was spotlessly clean with a decent, modern interior. Large bathroom. Beautiful location; stunning scenery with magnificent horses just outside in the field next door. Celia was an exceptional host, coming out to meet us when we got lost (our fault, we realised our satnav was 2009!!!). We also ordered a bottle of Champagne from Celia (from her family’s vineyard) and her mother kindly delivered it to our door within minutes! Would recommend both the property and the Champagne!
