We had a great experience at Le Fleuray! First off, dinner and breakfast were amazing. The hotel was located in a quiet area perfect for a restful holiday, but still close enough to most of the major chateaux. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and we also loved the decor, a little old fashioned, but so so soso cute and charming. Just all around the most lovely and comfortable place we stayed at on our Loire valley trip!

The host couple were very welcoming and had lots of information on what to do nearby. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The area is countryside and it’s beautiful and quiet. The room and backyard activities are perfect for families with children. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with local pastries and goat cheese, and her own made jams with local fruit. It’s very close to lovely (busy) Amboise and a welcome retreat to nature.,

Wonderfull place to stay while visiting the Loire region!! My wife, daughter (1y old) and I stayed with John & Sylvie for one week. We used this place as our home away from home to explore the Loire region. The Gîte is centrally located in the region, and it therefore is easy to make day trips to e.g. Blois and Amboise, but also to one of the largest Zoo's in Europe, and an abundance of French chateaux! John & Sylvie are extremely welcoming and heartwarming people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home at their gîte! Whether you're looking for some time to relax in the garden, enjoying the sound of the birds, or just want to use the gîte as a place to recharge after a long day at one of the many chateaux, we can highly recommend staying with them!

This is an amazing place to stay, family room was spacious, overlooking the garden, and the bathroom was modern. King size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, served on the terrace each morning, was a buffet of breads, crepes, meats, cheeses, jams fruit and yoghurt - all excellent quality. Coffee was delicious too. You definitely need a car to get around, the nearest restaurants are about 6 km away and you need to reserve in advance.

We loved the stay, it feels like home away from home. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as you can see from the pictures took from others. It is a loft room so we have all the privacy. The beds are comfortable, room is very clean and well decorated. The dressing table made my day! And you can park your car inside the gate. The house is located about 15 mins drive from Amboise, very good location to stay if you would like to the visit the different Chateaus in the Loire Valley. The host also give us discount tickets for 2 Chateaus so we get to buy tickets at group price!

We loved everything about our stay here. There was a lovely welcome, the accomodation was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very knowledgable about the area. The use of the bikes made exploring the Chateau's far easier and more enjoyable.
