Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Nicholas was a wonderful host and explained everything to us thoroughly even though there was a language barrier we made it work with the help of google translate. Nicholas made it clear to us that the water in the hot tub was changed with every new guest which I thing is above and beyond. The whole apartment was absolutely spotless. We loved it so much we didn't even go out for dinner and we ended up getting a pizza delivered from one of Nicholas' recommended restaurants which we also had a discount for staying at Ospaloft.
Nicholas was also kind enough to let us check in a little early which was wonderful as we'd been driving all day and we were keen to have a relax. We will definitely return if we are ever in Arras again. I cannot recommend enough.

A family home with charm and very comfortable. Lovely hot shower and comfortable bed. The amenities were basic but efficient. The owners, Marie France and Jean Charles were friendly, genial and attentive serving fresh croissants, pain au chocolat and good coffee at breakfast.
My French is not very good and their English likewise, however, we communicated very well using Google translate! 
The property is accessible via a road at the front, but also via a cul-de-sac at the rear.
Bus stops are nearby for those who are not driving.
