Our 3 year old son loved staying in a chateau, it really sparked his imagination and he was very excited to be there. It was an authentic and unique experience, felt a bit like stepping back in time which was fine for 2 nights. The room was huge, plenty of space.
The owner was very friendly and welcoming.
The location is brilliant, we visited chateau chambord and the nearby zoo. It is incredibly peaceful and quiet, no outside noise.
The breakfast consists of tea, coffee, juice, bread, eggs on request, jam and local cheeses as well as yoghurt.

The location is so great and so peaceful. The owners were really lovely and helpful. One evening we bought pizza and vine back and we were given glasses and a wine cooler to enjoy in the garden. The second night we had a lovely meal with the owners.
