It was also clean which is never easy for old houses. What I like the most is that you're kind of isolated from large urban areas in a huge house which is what we were looking for. We went on winter time so we used the fireplace a lot which gives a warm, cozy atmosphere to the house. There's a large yard where we could park two cars.
