Nice studio in very good location for station and buses. short walk to Chantilly town, racecourse & chateau Well equipped kitchen, good heating - shower a bit difficult to regulate.

It was in a great location just outside Chantilly, the family room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Our host was lovely and so helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Would recommend 100%.

Idyllic location, beautiful surroundings. High-class hotel with excellent spa facilities. Really appreciated the slots they have for kids between 9-11am and 3-5pm. Spa included in the price so well worth it if you can get to the spa during your stay, you can arrive before your check in time to be able to utilise it as well, handy.
Decent bar, they had a live pianist come and play on the Saturday evening which gave the place a lovely atmosphere.
Room was very spacious and comfortable. Food at the craft restaurant was delicious. Kids club was fantastic and the spa/pool facilities were good. Had a very relaxing stay. Thank you
The room was lovely - we had a family room and it was perfectly laid out. It was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night, but we were given recommendations of where we could eat and we got tickets for the castle from Reception. My daughter lost her favourite toy while we were there and we only realised when we were back in England. They not only found the toy, but also arranged for it to be sent back to us. The service was amazing!
Sabine and Thierry were both excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication right from booking. Breakfast was unreal, literally the nicest breakfast I think I’ve ever eaten! The property is beautiful and very family friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
