Would have loved a toilet in the bathroom rather than separate but it wasn't too much of a problem. Breakfast was wonderful but perhaps an option of yoghurt? The ladies looking after us were so friendly and kind. Perhaps a little sweep of the floor in the bedroom at some point as got a bit sandy

Compact but comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed for a couple of pleasant days stay. It was particularly nice to sit out on the balcony and look at the gardens and the sea.

Perfectly located in the centre of Arcachon, with the excellent market, restaurants and bars nearby and parking underneath the building. The beach is easily within walking distance.
The room was spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable.
The staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful.
This was our second visit and we would happily return.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Due to a storm that passed over Cap Ferret and unleashed 3 weeks of rain in 30 minutes we ended up with a flooded room due to damage to the roof, the staff were really helpful and apologetic to the inconvenience caused. We were refunded the night the flooding occurred and were put in another bigger room the following night.
We also had some food in their restaurant and it was good value for money.
Nice and clean, great facilités: coffee/tea and coffee maker. Nice bathroom. Good size balcony, third bedroom was separate to the apartment or rather out on to patio and down some stairs. Thought was a bit weird at first but changed our minds and thought was actually good for some families
The location is great - a few metres from the Arcachon bay, and - as long as you have a car - within quick reach of the villages along this inner stretch of the bay. Lovely comfy beds and bedding, and great shower room. Very spacious and airy living area. Good having a key box - very convenient for arrival and departure. Aircon in living area and bedrooms - very much appreciated. Lovely big refrigerator and multi-functional oven, plus hob.
It was great being able to park nearby.
The location of the house is simply great! It's a less than 10 minutes walk to the beach at the Atlantic and the garden at the house is great for relaxing on the sun chairs. All in all it works well for a family holiday.
Lea was amazing and handled our bike reservations and restaurant reservations to make the trip as smooth as possible as we only had a few days. The place was clean and beautiful and I loved the history and story of the family. There was a grassy area which was nice to rest. The private parking was great and the grocery store right next door was amazing!
