The property was easy to find and provided very convenient off road parking right outside the door. The local area was very quiet and picturesque. The location was ideal for visiting not only the D Day sites but also the beautiful town of Bayeux and had good road links to the wider area including the city of Caen (which has a direct rail link to Paris). Overall it was an ideal base for anyone wanting to visit the D Day beaches, war memorials, picturesque rural hamlets and the wider area of Normandy.

Its countryside location close to beaches, battlefields and memorials in impeccable. the provision is without reproach. there are plenty of showrooms. the beds are comfortable. of special delight is the small but welcoming swimming pool. young children, parents and grandparents thoroughly enjoyed using it.
