Close to the metro station. Clean inside the apartment. Easy to collect the key and good contact with the owner. The family bed was comfortable, while the extensible sofa somewhat less - but good enough for a child. The street was not noisy, so we could sleep well. The kitchen well equipped with the basic appliances, for preparing breakfast or a light dinner. Our 9 days in Paris were excellent!
