Great location in the centre of town. The restaurant was closed in the hotel so didn't have dinner but the breakfast was not great at all.

Had everything I needed for self catering. In a superb location in centre of town, close to all shops. Superb location if you are looking to climb all the mountains in the area. Balcony overlooking Superbagneres and lift to top.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The Family and all the staff were very helpful, they spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble. They must have a fantastic chef too, as the meals were excellent.
Excellent accommodation of high standard with bedroom, shower room and sitting room. Patrick and family were friendly, welcoming hosts offering local information and recommending & booking restaurants. The breakfast is very good too.
Lovely family run hotel. Everybody was very friendly and accommodated all our needs (a group of 22 cyclists). The evening meal was superb and exceptional value for money!

Very clean and functional and very comfy bed.We also really appreciated the private, off-street, covered park for the car.We enjoyed the location and was an easy walk to town and surrounds. Even tho the apartment is located next to a main road, we were not bothered at all by any noise from the road'- it was surprisingly quiet.
excellent apartments for the whole family. enough space, excellent large kitchen with a comfortable sofa, dining table, comfortable beds. We were 5 adults and two children and everyone fit in perfectly! Very good location, great walks, wonderful New Year's fireworks!
Very well equipped, clean - excellently situated - a real bonus being on the ground floor and the building was very quiet. Would recommend for families. Lots of great games to play provided for all ages.
Loved this hotel. We lived in a room with the mountains view and the landscape from the window was incredible! The room was very cozy. Perfectly clean. In the morning you can have breakfast in a cozy living room on the ground floor or go to the terrace with the same mountains view. I espessially recommend croissants and pancakes with local jam. Below there is a small bar and in the evening you can sit there by the fireplace. And the main thing that was pleasant in this hotel is its staff – it’s like you’re visiting your good friends or family!
This property is a SCAM. Host didn't show up to let me in. I was left standing in the street with no where to stay. Booking.com have completely failed to respond to my complaints and still owe me a refund despite numerous contacts by me to get the issue resolved.
Fabulous comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with stunning mountain views. The location is ideal - in a quiet street just steps away from the centre of Luchon. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, making our family and dog extremely welcome. Highly recommended!
