Charming location about 25 mins from Clermont-Ferrand. An amazing old building which has been thoughtfully converted to a small hotel, with a charming host. The catering arrangements are a little unusual but the food was excellent.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
This was the second time I have stayed at the hotel, it is very comfortable and the evening meal was superb.
Breakfast choices were made online the night before and the items we chose were of good quality.
I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We had previous stayed at Issoire but quality of Chabanettes hotel is not comparable so we'll come back
The children liked the video game on the TV and helped mum get ready more quietly meanwhile
We stayed in the family room which was one of the best we stayed in. The beds were very very comfortable and my children liked to play on the Sega computer. As dinner we had the tapas menu and it was great. The breakfast was very good too. All in all we had a very pleasant overnight stay!
