The lady who greeted us on our arrival at reception was very kind and helpful. The room was very large, clean and bed was comfortable.The only inconveniences we found were
1): Soundproofing is not great for a newly renovated building
2) The fridge was not functioning during our stay!
Ideal location in the heart of Arbois. Excellent breakfast. Elise, the hotel manager, was very welcoming; she's an ideal host. The grounds were beautiful as well and the wine available for purchase on property was excellent too. We had our 9 year old daughter with us, and while she was the only child at the hotel during the stay, we felt that she was very welcome.
An idyllic location surrounded by woods and waterfalls. We enjoyed gated parking. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool and tennis court as well as being in the middle of a variety of hiking trails and trout fishing. The restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed a delicious meal paired with local wines. All the staff in this family owned hotel were very attentive.
Camille and Mum were great, looked after me beautifully. Apartment very clean and functional. Great location in town square. Nice touch was magnificent baguette and croissants in the basket by my door in the morning.
