The parking was convenient and collecting the keys was very simple. The accommodation was lovely, a true log cabin and the facilities included everything we could have needed. The breakfast basket was excellent and great value for money! I hadn’t realised before booking how many restaurants and entertainment options were within a short 5-10 minute walk. Overall, everything was excellent! I wish we had time to spend a second night. Maybe next time…

No wifi in the property?! The sky lights, which were shown in the pictures of the property at the time of booking, we were not allowed to open them. There were warnings on the walls not to open them?! On asking the Sabine, she said it's not allowed? The neighbourhood was very run down. Nice looking chateau with garden. Room and bathroom (though latter more aesthetically pleasing than practicality) were very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Food choice was ok but limited. Plenty of on-site parking. Fairly quiet.

Wonderful place in the middle of the forest close to main attractions for kids like the oceanarium and the zoo, thermal swimming pools. You can enjoy the forest in the balcony and the river. I have already booked for september again.
