When we arrived wet and muddy on our bicycles,we were warmly greeted and offered storage for our gear. Our room was like a studio apartment with great heating which we really needed. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant where we received welcome advice on the menu. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was cooked fresh for the four of us and it was excellent. It was delicious, and there was so much of it. We learned the story of perte de pain "Lost Bread" which we call French toast in the US. We had a champagne tasting the evening of our stay which was informative and delightful. Our hostess shared the story of their family champagnes which was such a treat.
