SCAM - STOLE MY MONEY. UNCLEAR ADDITIONAL CHARGES. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY AND RUDE OWNER. There was an additional €40 charge for bedding, and €15 charge for cleaning once we have left - this was over half of the cost of booking the property! Owner was then very rude on the phone and then stated that “we were not welcome to stay” at their property. Still, no refund was given. She stole my money.
Everything was perfect: the house was big , had a sauna, an equipped kitchen , big rooms, big living room and fitted our requests for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids.
It has a parking space and even the possibility to charge your vehicle :)
We recently stayed at this apartment for one night and had an absolutely delightful experience. The place was incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. the owner is accommodating. On top of that, the rates were surprisingly affordable, offering great value for the comfort and amenities provided.
The worst in the whole world anybody can imagine. Everywhere dirty, smelly, mold & smoke, bedsheets, blanket everything is unthinkably dirty & smelly. We were two families with children booked four family room. Everybody started itching skin, breathing heavy, uncomfortable and threw up, headache & the youngest one fainted. We left the motel and went inside our cars, cancelled the Motel Tornio but didn’t get payback one single kr
Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Even the extra bed for the kids was of good quality. Tasty breakfast and very friendly staff. We came for breakfast and got to our room a few hours early which was a nice bonus.
