We had an amazing stay at Korvala. The location is a dreamy winter wonderland . The cabins are great value for money, they are warm and cosy, and have all the basics you need. The husky ride was such a highlight for our family, Jaana and Seppo are lovely hosts. I would highly recommend staying here.
Best place to enjoy the nature and great free sport facilities. My kids had a lot of fun trying snowboarding/cross country skiing, ice skiing and sledding around. We didn't book in advance the husky tour, it was full booked when we decided to do it. We'll try next time we'll be back. Great hosts.
Everything was amazing! We travelled as a family of 5, 2 adults 3 children 13,8,5. My boys loved all the equipment you get to use for free. We stayed in the bigger cabin away from the others and my children used the skis and snowboard everyday to go down the slope next to our cabin. The cabin was warm and we loved the open fire. We also did the huskies there which I would highly recommend rather than booking elsewhere. It was a truly magical trip and we are already looking at returning.
We love your beautiful home and we can't wait to return again. Thank you for sharing it with us, and for making our stay so easy and enjoyable, more gorgeous family memories made in such a beautiful place 💕
Amazing climate in these cabins, not new, but very nice, good for families but I prefer to take the bigger cabin, the smallest one is enough for two people
There's everything on site, plenty of activities for parents and children, and we're just 45 minutes from downtown, 40 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from Santa's village. The owners, Jaana and Seppo, are extremely friendly and helpful.
We also had the pleasure of seeing the northern lights from the lake, even on level 2 (be sure to activate all alerts around rovaniemie).
The cabin was great, warm, and cozy! The husky tour was amazing, we learned a lot about huskies and we had so much fun driving the sledge ourselves!! :D
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!
Very nice log cabin in remote area. Lots of activities to do, all included for free.
Sauna and Lake swimming is great fun. The Husky adventure is a life changing experience.
Jaana and Seppo are great hosts!
The red log cabins are really nice, cute and comfortable for us. The view from inside and outside to the area with the lake is lovely. You have a great view from the lake to see the Polar Lights.
The hosts are very friendly and courteous.
You can use snow shoes and cross country skies for free to explore the nice environment. We love the silence and the beautiful area.
We enjoyed the Husky Tours, both were good organized. The lunch after the tour was excellent.
The children loved to build snow igloos and snow mens.
