This was hands down the best hotel stay I have ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Lapland were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights of our room was the private sauna—it was absolutely amazing and added a unique touch to our relaxation time. I highly recommend booking a room with a sauna for a truly different kind of experience. The food at the hotel restaurant was also a standout. Every meal was delicious, featuring a great variety of flavors that cater to all palates. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, Lapland provides a perfect blend of comfort, quality service, and exceptional amenities. I can’t wait to return!

A very centric location with nice cafes and shops nearby. Excellent value for money, everything was new, peaceful, functional and clean. The check-in system was incredibly quick and easy to use. The lobby was comfy, had some tables and even a ping-pong table. Very family-friendly all in all.

I loved the historical building, the design in the rooms (although they are quite small) and the amazing breakfast buffet. Good location also. Moreover, travelling with a toddler, our experience was great: the baby cot was ready in the room when we got there, no extra fees for the baby cot, they gave us a room at ground floor (much appreciated with a stroller), high chairs available in the breakfast room, plus they also gave us some paper and pencils to entertain him while having breakfast.

Everything amazing - thank you!!! We were travelling with a family with baby, kid, grandma and parents, and it was really great! Walking distance to everything, or easy to take a tram. We want to stay here again next time we visit Helsinki!

Great breakfast, good price, good location from metro. Children's playspot in the lobby was great. Make it even bigger such as the playroom in Scandic airport and this would be a winner with small kids. Generally very child friendly vibes. Shame I didn't get to try the sauna or other facilities.

It's the second time I booked my stay there and the hotel was very welcoming when I had to alter my booking due to family issues despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciate. I've already left a review of the hotel earlier, so I won't go into details, the little play area for the kids is still there, unlike some other hotels that only have it during summer time. The room was very quiet once again, and I enjoyed my stay there.

Good location, decent apartment with two large rooms and a tiny kitchen with all the basics. Good value for money. The instructions for getting the keys were clear. It was a nice surprise to find a high chair for our youngest child ready in the apartment, and some board games to play with the kids! There is a lovely Italian café nearby, highly recommended!
