My stay at Halle was great! My room was clean, spacious, quiet, and had a phenomenal sunset view. The bed was very comfortable as well. I travelled solo to Lalibela and this hotel felt very safe. The hotel manager Belay was very responsive to all my questions/concerns and helped me with everything I needed during my stay from walking me to where I wanted to go to lending me an electrical adapter. The hotel itself is around 5-7 minute tuk tuk ride from the churches (so rather close but away from the town center so it’s quiet and peaceful). I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing! The rooms are even more beautiful than advertised, stunning views and gorgeous art throughout. The staff and owner were exceptionally kind and prepared an amazing sunset dinner overlooking the mountains.
