The view from our room was breathtaking everytime we woke up or came back from visiting the surrounding areas. The room gets tidied every single day in a very thorough way. The bathroom is nice and large. The communal kitchen is easy to work with and also gets cleaned every day. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Have recommendations about where to eat and what to do. Are easy going and very helpful. They tried to prioritize our room so we could Check-in as soon as we arrived. We really appreciated that
The only way to get there is by car and there is plenty of space to park. The beach is only 8 min away. San Sebastian is a 20 min drive.
The room is pretty soundproof. Unless someone is talking right in front of the door, you can't really hear other guests.
Our stay was everything we wished it was and would definitely recommend to stay here!
On the hosts side there is not much more they can do to make the place better!!

It was super clean, next to a supermarkt, close to the beach. Bed has its own light, electricity point and privacy because of the curtains. It was a plus that there was a shoe rack outside of the room.

Perfect location right on the beach for exploring the lovely town of Zarautz. Very clean hostel, comfortable beds, suitable for a family, Easy checkin.
The location was perfect. Right in the heart of the town, close to the beach and cafes and restaurants. A bike hire shop was across the road as were cafes and a supermarket close by. The accommodation was spacious and and tidy and had two bathrooms which was a bonus for a family of 5.
Excellent hotel, we were very satisfied with our family room. All the staff in the hotel is helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious and they have nice play areas for kids. The hotel is good located close to everything you need and close to the beach. Moreover it is quiet and we slept very well. We extended our stay with 4 days and like to come back.

The hostel is nice and it helps a lot to socialize with other people because it's very comfortable there. Would love to go back again.
Great modern apartment, spotlessly clean. A great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants , bars and the beach. Zauratz is a great base to explore the Basque area Good communication from owners throughout. Parking not on site, but about a 2 minute walk away to a garage so guaranteed parking spot. The apartment has cooking facilities, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Nice modern bathroom and a great living /dining area. It was the perfect place for me and my family (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 3).
The location, food and views. The decor in the hotel & bedrooms is very unusual and stylish. Everything was perfect, except there was a problem with the air conditioning. This was not the hotel’s fault but the way in which Hector dealt with this to make our stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible was above & beyond expectations. Thank you Hector - you are a credit to your family hotel.
The apartment was perfect for our family0 and the staff were very kind. We went with a toddler and we really enjoyed the private patio. We had an issue with the washing machine but this was fixed immideately.
Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were a family group of 5 (2 kids, 3 adults) and the staff arranged for us to switch from two rooms on different floors to a family suite with plenty of room for us all. Staff provided helpful restaurant and parking recommendations.
