Swimming pool, the size of our room and cleanliness. They did serve dinner after 8.30pm which makes a long day for a pilgrim but they had a huge function earlier, so fairly sure not the usual times.

Beautiful big apartment in the centre of town. We shared between 2 of us, but there are 4 bedrooms so plenty of space for more to share. Minutes walk from bars/restaurants.

Although the hostel is one big big room, so you share with everyone the same sleeping space but it is well planned, clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers were always clean too. However, I made a mistake by not thoroughly checking the location—it’s a bit far from the city center, which can be inconvenient if you enjoy being in the heart of the action. That said, the owner is very accommodating and goes out of his way to help with any changes.

Sally was such a kind and great host! I immediately felt welcome when I arrived and had such a peaceful, restorative stay. Super comfortable mattresses and pillows, and Sally made sure I had everything I needed! Very very recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful stay 🙏🏽

super cool room so great with the heat to sleep somewhere cool, bed super comfy. this place is probably one of the most fun decor inside with photos, old radios etc. around the place. the pilgrim meal was plentiful- dont think you could leave the table without being super stuffed. there were 2 sinks for washing clothes and a clothes line to dry things. the bar hang out area is well attended by locals and has one of those water mist functions to keep you cool.
