The communication with the host was smooth.
It was very cozy and agreable place. The garden was a perfect place for family time after a long and exhausting day.

Good Stay on the road, rooms need renovation, but beds were comfortable.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The room has a private entrance but is located in the host's home. The room has a bed, tv and an uncomfortable sitting chair. It is dark and cold. There is a microwave and mini fridge with 2 plates, 2 glasses and cutlery. The functionality of this space restricts the ability to prepare a meal.
The bathroom has a cracked sink which leaks onto the floor and the shower has no edge so the water from the shower flows onto the bathroom floor. We are no frills travellers but this accommodation didn't meet our minimal expectations.
We enjoyed just being secluded at the Hacienda. We were lucky enough to meet Lidya. Her family owns the Hacienda and she was very gracious and helpful. I miss the dogs...... Chester, Tara, Otto and Beatrice!
