The location is good, as it is adjacent to several of Trujillo's landmarks and within walking distance of the city's most interesting attractions. The accommodation was comfortable, and I genuinely appreciated the plethora of birds outside. They don't make any noise at night, and with the window closed, you can't hear anything.
If you're travelling with a baby (we were), bear in mind that the streets are not great for baby strollers.
The Finca is beautiful! Old house really well kept and decorated. Our family room was great: very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with local products. Only 10 minutes drive from beautiful city of Trujillo.
