Great placement of the Bungalows just beside the river. Mesmerizing sound of the water flow all day long. There is an option of fishing, but we did not try.

An absolutely incredible stay! My wife and I drove in from Barcelona at night, so we missed much of the scenery due to the darkness. When morning came, we were absolutely stunned. The hotel was easy to find, and the hosts were very communicative via WhatsUp. We informed them that due to a short flight delay, we may arrive later than expected. They assured us that this was not a problem and that dinner would be available whenever we checked in. They were true to their word. The owner checked us in and showed us personally to our room. We then proceeded upstairs for dinner. The meal was incredible. We had a menu to choose from ahead of time, and everything we selected was fresh and magnificently cooked. My compliments to Susanne: that woman could hold her own against any chef in Spain (or France, for that matter)! The room itself was cozy but plenty spacious enough for two people. The bed and pillows were high-quality and we woke up very refreshed. It wasn't until looking out our window in the morning that we realized just how spectacular the scenery was. We took a brief walk around the charming neighborhood before returning for coffee. Some homemade items were also for sale, and we bought a blackberry jam to take with us. My only regret is that we just stayed for one night as we were passing through the area. The hotel was so peaceful and so charming--and the scenery so wonderful--that we could have stayed for days just relaxing, hiking, and getting to know the owners. The hospitality shown to us was on par with what you'd expect at a Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, or Mandarin Oriental. Susanne and her son were charming and gracious, and they went out of their way to be sure we were well cared for. We loved everything about this little hotel. I hope to be back someday, and I hope anyone reading this gets to enjoy a similar experience.

Set in a beautiful country house in the Catalan Pyrenees, Casa rural calRei is surrounded by green gardens and offers rooms with fantastic views of the Cadí Nature Reserve.

The charming décor combines rustic and modern features. Each heated room includes free Wi-Fi, a TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful location, amazing facilities (what other rural inn like this has a gym?) and super nice people running the place. Owner doesn't speak English but this was actually a plus for me, as I'm learning Spanish and most other people just switch over to English because it's easier. This was good practice.

I was there with two kids (2 and 12yo). Small one loved walking and running through Toloriu empty medieval streets chasing local cats, the oldest one was thrilled of hiking routs and both were in love with chicken wings from hotel restaurant ☺️ The restaurant actually is really good! We definitely will come back. Thank you for lovely weekend!

Everyone was really friendly and had always suggestions on what to do around the area. They treated you like family! The food of the restaurant was delicious, the breakfast was the best with home made natural juices. Our dog had the best time running around, it is perfect to go for a hike and for a run around!
