The apartment was immaculate, right in the centre and the owner was very helpful. Anything we needed extra was available if required. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Teruel.

Everything that we used in the apartment functioned and the apartment was well equipped. Good views over old town area. A terrific town worthy of visit. Lift to apartment. Clean and tidy apartment.
Very clean, comfortable and family friendly, travelled with a 5yr old and 9yr old they really enjoyed the pool, the kids play area and the buffet supper and breakfast. Travelling with an older relative also and had joining rooms and everywhere was easily accessible i.e. lifts and bathroom facilities. Hotel was busy but quiet and we had a really good sleep, nice beds and bed linens. Very close to the motorway and a half-way point when traveling across Spain.
Host was super kind and flexible. Place was perfect for adults and also for kids because of the swimming pool.
City was close enough and there was all basic things in the house.
I made a mistake on the booking and the staff was very quick and helpful to sort it and put it correct for me, they went out of their way to accommodate my parking as I had a high vehicle so made it difficult to use car park but that was resolved by the lovely staff also. Breakfast was amazing had lots of variety even had a special area for children’s breakfast cereals,yogurts etc.
We love staying in Teruel and always choose Gran Hotel Botánicos. The rooms are lovely and spacious with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as you are a few steps from the lovely main square. Will always stay here and happily recommend to friends and family.

The apartment is spacious and clean, 1-2 minutes walk to all must see places. Totally equiped kitchen. Free underground parking 5 minutes walk. Easy to contact with the owner. Pets friendly. I really recomend this apartment for families.

Very comfortable beds clean connected rooms perfect for our little family group. The staff in the reception and cafeteria were super friendly and lovely with the kids. The hotel games room was a bonus which both my kids loved. Likewise the dinospa! The location was perfect for our roadtrip adding no time at all. And just a quick drive into the old Teruel centre.
