Have stayed here a few times now over many years. Although it’s outside the town, it’s a short walk, it’s easy to park, always clean, excellent staff, have always had a great experience and would love to stay again. Adore the town, plenty of bars and restaurants, although quiet for our visit, here for the birds which are always fantastic. If you’ve never been here please visit.

The owner and cook was so lovely. She was extremely caring and sweet and cooked an amazing lamb tangine for us at night ( the hotel has a restaurant). The breakfast was also very nice, particularly the freshly cooked eggs and small pancake-like things. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all a great stay!

We liked the place very much, we spent three nights here. Pedraza is quite touristic - either empty or crowded depeding on the day. The hotel is neat, the breakfast is good, the view is fantastic from the balcony. The atmosphere is very special, I personally liked the soft music always on in the lobby.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
There is someone at reception as stated in the booking, ie at prescribed times. The room was spotless. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Bedroom is large with a big comfy bed. The shower is a walk-in one with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delivered as promised and was very satisfying.
We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years with no complaints. This year we were put in room 101
Very much in need of updating, paint was peeling off the walls in places bathroom tiles were loose. But the biggest issues was Tharp we could here a every movement of the young family in the room above us.
Lesson . Don’t stay on the ground floor.
Staff lovely, facilities good , menu could do with an update. Great location for returning to the ferries
Will we stay again next year? Jury is out on that one
We landed in Madrid and stopped over here on the way to north. Beautiful property, excellent location. Staff was super friendly and cooperative. We arrived very late and wanted to have some hot chocolate and snacks, which they happily prepared though the kitchen was closed. Very clean hotel. Old building but they have lift. Breakfast was ala cart but everything was delicious. Small play area for the kids which is important for us due to our 2 years old daughter.
