We had a fabulous 3 night stay. A peaceful mountain setting but a good base to explore the area. Rooms were very comfortable and we had all we needed. Rosa was the perfect host, friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and we had dinner on 2 nights which was home cooked food at its very best.
Bright, heated rooms at Posada Ormas are set in charming country houses with a central patio. Alto Campoó Ski Slopes are just 30 minutes’ drive from Ormas.

Breakfast good, selection of continental and cooked if wanted. There was a very good selection of dishes for the evening meal all at a very good price, water was included and a bottle of wine was not expensive. We have stayed before and have been very impressed with the attitude of the staff. Some English is spoken, enough to get by easily if you do not speak much Spanish.

Delightful, exceptionally quiet location with wonderful views down the valley from the apartment and the large garden.
We were met by Charo, who kindly offered us the choice of two apartments.
Such a lovely spot we wish we had stayed longer and had the chance to sample the village's restaurant.

Great location, facilities and host. We had a slight issue which was swiftly resolved once we let the host know. The area around is wonderful with lots of wildlife, walks, bars/restaurants and activities. Cantabria is a wonderful relaxed place to explore.

The location is great, landscape wise, the surroundings all perfect.
The apartment I got, was on the second floor,a one bedroom apt. it had a cool little window with views to mountain and fields. it looked smaller than in the photos though. The kitchenette had the appliances, microwave and vitro ceramic plaque, dishes and all that. it had the sofa bed and one double bed as mentioned. but the apartment can be a little dark. I would say is ok for short stay, no more than one or two nights. unless if your travelling solo. with kid can be a little small. they accept pets which for me was important. It does look renovated and with new appliances.
