This hotel was a gem a couple of miles off the motorway. It was a quiet retreat from travelling. The room was clean and spacious. Great to have a lounge and fridge. Staff very helpful. Would stay again or recommend.

Compact, beautifully-appointed apartment - modern with a luxury feel. Very well-equipped - washing machine and dishwasher with some tablets supplied, Nespresso coffee machine; even a folding step stool for reaching top shelves in the kitchen! Effective AC and good wifi; the fridge freezer was on and cold on arrival. Free on street parking on Calle Convento, a few metres away; 9 min walk to Plaza Mayor. Check in and entry is all online. We appreciated the complimentary wine - thank you!

The property itself was beautiful with 2 large windows opening out on to the most beautiful square with restaurants , bars and a church. We were there on a Sunday so got to experience and share a family Sunday with the warmest of Spanish people . Probably our favourite stop off experience to date . We have been coming to Spain for years with our dog cali by ferry to Bilbao and stopover somewhere different each time on our trip south to Malaga . We will definitely return to Valdepenas and blanco y Añil
Located in the historical city centre the hotel offers modern and functional facilities, yet is still warm, pleasant and comfortable
There are 3 equipped rooms for meetings, conferences, conventions,...

Staff on check in were very helpful, speaking English as well as Spanish, of course. The food was better than we expected, and the lady in the restaurant was clearly overworked, but she maintained a cheerful attitude which we appreciated very much.
The room was huge - much bigger than we expected for the price we paid. And clean, which was important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
A surprise in the way to Madrid. Staff, food and accommodation in general is very good. The spa is very cool and have a nice outdoor swimming pool too.
We went with 2 kids and the room was fantastic. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was very good
Everything is perfect. The rooms, the service, and the people. The rooms are really good and so are the bathrooms. There is also a good functional gym that I used. The people in the hotel were really kind. They let me use their microwave because I'm a vegetarian, and I needed to make my own breakfast due to dietary reasons.
-There was plenty of toilet paper for me to use overnight.
-Massive fields all around for my doggy and I to go frolicking.
-The staff was amazing - helpful, funny and smiley.
-Everyone loved my dog.
Balneario Cervantes is a hotel/holiday apartment centre a couple of km off the E5. It's a good stop off point if your travelling south. It is also set up for families and groups. We stayed for one night. Check-in and out was straightforward.
Our room was simple, clean and relatively comfortable. There are lots of activities set up each day for the holiday makers. All are welcome and my wife enjoyed meeting other guests through those activities. The buffet breakfast was very good and set us up for our day.
Basically everything, the ambience was great. The gardens were restful with lots of seating. The bedroom was large and well laid out. The beds were really comfortable. Lots of hot water and a shower with a built in seat was nice. There was lots of space, so big tables for groups are easy to organise. There was a children's play area in the grounds. Beautiful swimming pools.
the hotel was easy to find off the autovia, and parking was covered and private. The bar and restaurant were clean and the staff were helpful.
Outside there were lots of shaded areas with tables for relaxing, and a childrens play area.
The hotel room was a good size, with a separate room for the kids. The bathroom was well equipped. Easy access at the side of the motorway and parking in front of the room.
