This by far the best place we’ve stayed in northern Spain. Beautifully designed and decorated. Lovely welcome from the owners with lots of local information. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the garden. The views from the house and garden are gorgeous and all the outdoor facilities are great.

The hotel is located in a spectacular area -- it is almost on the top of the mountain and looks out over a vast landscape. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bed is great. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a little daunting to get there the first time, but it gets much easier so it's an excellent place from which to explore the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in El Torreón. The house was quite spacious, clean and well-equipped. The host, Carla is very friendly. It is a good base if you want to explore the Trubia valley or make trips to cities such as Áviles, Gijón or Oviedo. There is a good supermarket near the house. Bike rental is also feasible within walking distance.

Great location just outside the village, easy walking distance. Very quiet. A few shops, bars, restaurants, everything necessary. Easy by bus from Oviedo. Attractive valley and surrounding mountains - good walks. The house has a very useful entrance hall where muddy walking boots and wet coats can be stored. Antonio very welcoming and helpful.

This is my favourite place in Oviedo. I have aready stayed there several times and I enjoyed each stay. The quietness and the decent luxury there are amazing. The old spa is my favourite of the bathing options available. Great breakfast, friendly personnel. I look forward to my next stay.
