As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. The staff was exceptional. Very courteous and accommodating. We were surprised at how well-appointed our room was with high-end bedding, towels etc. The restaurant had also been completely renovated and had delicious food and wine. Again, outstanding staff made our meals fun.
The room was so clean and comfortable with lots of space and good air-con. The pool was great and we liked sitting under the trees at the bar. The restaurant was so friendly, great with the kids and the food was lovely.
An impressive hotel in extensive ground, with easy access to the front and rear from all roads leading to Rubielos. Plenty of parking and a fuel station close by. Pool /jacuzzi accessible through underground walkway directly from the main hotel. Outside bar and garden terrace. Extensive buffet breakfast and evening meals were of good quality UNLESS (see what didn't you like). We were travelling as a couple but it seemed the hotel was very family friendly but that is just an impression.
