This is a wonderful Parador situated in an old fortress complete with battlements and turrets. It is such a privilege to be able to stay in such historic buildings. The Parador is spotlessly clean and full of character with an impressive courtyard. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was nicely done and I had a great night's sleep. I had a fantastic stay. The cost was very reasonable. Zafra is a very pretty town with some beautiful squares and churches.

The apartment could sleep 6 if required and as we booked at the last minute, we were more than surprised at the location, in the Gran Plaza, the size, cleanliness and comfort of the property. As an added bonus we were very fortunate to secure a parking spot in the square of the vibrant town, adjacent to the apartment.
