Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
From the moment I spoke to Miriam the receptionist I knew this hostal was going to be great.
The warm welcome and friendliness of Carmen, Inma and Miriam made me feel comfortable and nutured.
I felt I was visiting family.
The room was very comfortable and clean.
The pilgrim dinner was delicious.
I highly recommend walking an extra 3 kilometres to stay at Almanecer de Campos.
Absolutely lovely stay. The staff were so kind to me and my children, made us feel so welcome. We had dinner after a long drive which was perfect, a beautiful meaty stew and chips. Breakfast was super, warm bread, hot chocolate and a lemon cake. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, lovely location, peaceful garden, easy to find and park. Wonderful.
We loved this little family-run hotel/albergue. It has very high quality rooms and beds. Lovely staff. Very good value. The Pilgrim meal experience is great. Can’t recommend it enough.
This place is a little gem. My family and I stayed 1 night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and price very reasonable. The owners were warm and friendly and we had a lovely home cooked meal and breakfast in the garden. A lovely stay!
Another fun night talking with more pilgrims. The two ladies taking care of us made us all feel comfortable and welcome. Part of a family. I could tell they took great pride making sure we all had everything we needed. 10/10
Wonderfully friendly family reception. We felt as though we were honoured guests in a relative's home.
