The hotel is exceptional in every way. It is so luxurious and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We don’t tend to re-visit places as there is so much of the world to see but we have been here 3 times.

The hotel is excellent - fresh, beautiful and has great territory. Staff is great and always willing to help. Dinner is wonderful with wide selection of options. There are a lot of small pleasant things - free towels which can be used even on beach, cold buffet after 10 pm etc

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to everything (restaurant, supermarket, drug store, even hospital). Hotel and the room was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Every day there is some show or activity for kids and maybe also adults. Overall a quite nice family hotel next to one of the most beautiful beaches from Mallorca.
Excellent hotel for family vacation. It's right by the beach, and there are multiple different swimming pools, all suitable for kids. The food buffets are great, combining quantity, variety and quality. The staff is lovely, smilling and helpful.

Nothing really, the room was nice, large apartment, bar staff were rude at times, reception staff very good but never asked how was your stay or did you have a good time. I wasn't all inclusive but all the people with me said the food was poor everyday, it's a family hotel absolutely nothing arranged for children, like no kiddies club, a kids disco everynight for 30 minutes that was it. People looked bored nothing to do, too far away from shops, bars and restaurants.I would not recommend it, definitely never go back
Family friendly, kids club kept the kids busy after dinner which allowed me and my husband a much needed couples time. Pools were great and when the weather was not warm enough to heat up the outdoor pools we could use the ones inside. Food was good as well and overall positioning to the beach
