I was doing the Portuguese way to Santiago with my sister and my brother-in-law. We decided to get comfort in the last two steps. Even without meals service (just breakfast), Diego understood our tiredness and offers us the chance to prepare a light meal. This was very nice even though we went to the restaurant 600 meters away for dinner. The breakfast was also really good and complete. The house is amazing. Diego and his wife welcomed guests as if they are family and that, although rare, tastes delicious.

Great rural location with a much bigger swimming pool and more garden furniture than we expected. Very helpful owners who explained all we needed to know when we arrived late due to flight delay. They also phoned to check everything was okay early in our stay. The pool table, children's toys and bicycles were an unexpected bonus. Facilities in general were good and we had a great holiday.

Centrally located on the Camino stage from Padron to Santiago - nice way to break up a long stage. I booked for 1 person and the host made it easy to add 2 Pilgrim friends. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were a luxury at this point in our walk. Very clean and spacious. Nice balcony with small table and 2 chairs (more chairs could be added). Gas station across the street had all the supplies we needed, including wine (supermarket was closed). Beautiful sunset from the bedroom side.

On a bus route, so easy to get in and out of town. The owner told us the bus times (20 to the hour) and it was about 15 mins in and out of Santiago. The house is I was told by guests, on the pilgrims way and for us that meant a great mix of other guests for mealtimes and great exchanges. I loved that I could swim when I wanted. The water was coldish but then I take a cold shower in the Alps every day. I know my colleague found it colder than I did. But once in, the water (cleaned through salivation) was terrific.

The host Vanessa was delightful! The house belongs in a magazine: it is well designed and fun to hang out in. The bedrooms with on-suite were comfortable, the kitchen was super functional and cute! The whole house was super clean and the view of the backyard was just spectacular. Located at 25 min from the Camino, it was the perfect stop to relax after a long day of walking. It was such a great house that we brought food to the house to enjoy it rather than go out to dine!

The house was so comfortable for my friend & me. Extremely quiet. A great getaway but with a car or taxi, it doesn’t take long to get into Santiago. It has an extremely large lawn in front. We didn’t cook but it was supplied with kitchen items. Ramon was very kind in waiting for us on arrival. He checked in via email daily to see if all was ok.
