Offering charming, country-style accommodation, Posada Real La Lecheria has a picturesque setting in the village of Val de San Lorenzo. It features free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen TVs.

Set in a former dairy, La Lecheria maintains original features including beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls. Its luxurious rooms have bright décor and some feature a balcony.

The place is clean, food is excellent, and the staff is superb. The place is a bit out of the main city so not much to do unless you drive to the city, about 10-15 minutes drive. At the same time, that’s good because it is very quite and peaceful. Will come back for sure.

Very helpful and friendly hospitalera. She went out of her way to help me by driving me back to Astorga to get something I needed. She gave me freshly squeezed orange juice for the route even though I hadn't ordered breakfast. Lovely, old, comfortable, family house in the centre of the village. Nice courtyard garden for drying your clothes.
